Just talk to an npc in the outposts or anywhere you find one while looting, talk to them, press tab, missions tab top left, go to the area, do the obkective, and go back to the original npc to claim reward.

Check the prices by clicking buy and go to the item. Sell it for a slightly lower price and people will buy it but it may take awhile. You can leave, go loot, and when you come back check the mailbox to claim the money automatically and see if anyone bought ib items. If you wanna sell fast sell them for dollars less and they’ll be gone before you can put up your other items for sale.

Avoid selling clothing or weapons unless higher lvl for the area since not many people buy them i mean you can fqst buy so many clothing items or weapons until you’re fully geared up. Foods and drinks are a middle man as are car parts and fuel. Fore sure car parts are sold better in dallbow lvl 1 starting faet at the police station than all other outposts since people by then would’ve already looted and gotten parts or fuel. Example: Search market for tinned food, find one that is cheap, and make sure you dont need to over inflate the price to much to make a good profit.

Go do missions or kill bosses. After a while you should have memorized which items provide a good source of income. It did help to have that looting perk but i strongly advise against it since these points are better spend everywhere.
